The Polaris Code Terms and Conditions

When you step into The Polaris Code, you and I enter a precise and sacred architecture. This is not casual work. It is a defined container with clear edges - crystalline in its intention - so that what moves within it can do so cleanly, without distortion or misunderstanding. Below you will find the energetic agreements that frame this work and the legal framework that holds it. Please read carefully. By booking, or participating in, The Polaris Code, you signal your full agreement to both:

1. The Container - The Polaris Code is a three session, one-to-one sacred container held over six weeks from the date of your first session. This includes WhatsApp support throughout that period for relevant integration, guidance, or clarifying threads that arise between sessions. All three sessions must be completed within this six week window. If sessions are not used within that timeframe, they expire, and no refunds or credits will be issued. This boundary is firm; it holds the integrity of the container for both of us.

2. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure - Everything that unfolds within this space is treated with respect and confidentiality. If a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required, it must be signed before the first session and sent to info@verityleigh.com for review and countersignature. Nothing shared within the container will be disclosed to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law. This confidentiality is mutual: both you and I commit to holding what arises with discretion and care.

3. Sessions and Recordings - Our sessions are not recorded. Occasionally, I may offer to share key threads or brief notes via WhatsApp - this will always be discussed first, and only shared with your consent. You may not record or distribute any part of our sessions (audio, video or otherwise) without my prior written permission. Any unauthorised recording or sharing constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations - Life can shift - sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours may be forfeited. Missed sessions are not refundable.

5. Payments and Refunds - All fees for The Polaris Code must be paid in full prior to the first session unless an approved payment plan is in place. All sales are final - no refunds, or deferrals, will be issued once the initial session has been booked. This ensures the integrity and energetic commitment of both you and myself.

6. Client Responsibility and Disclaimer - The Polaris Code offers energetic, intuitive and strategic guidance designed to support deep alignment. It does not replace legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. You remain fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes during and after our work together. I make no guarantees of specific results. This is transformative work that requires your active participation, discernment and self-responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property - All materials, frameworks, and transmissions shared through The Polaris Code remain the intellectual property of Verity Leigh. They are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or adapted without prior written permission.

8. Termination - I reserve the right to terminate the container at any time if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, unethical behaviour, or misalignment that compromises the integrity of the work. In such rare cases, a partial refund for unused sessions may be offered at my sole discretion.

9. Legal Framework - For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “you, your, client” refers to you, the person booking and participating in The Polaris Code, “Verity Leigh, I, myself” refers to Verity, your guide. Any disputes will be handled by the appropriate avenue for resolution.

10. Evolution of Terms - The Polaris Code forms the architectural foundation for future offerings within this crystalline ecosystem. As new pathways open - group immersions, archival access, or deeper containers - additional terms may be layered upon this foundation, always held in clarity and integrity.

Eyes Wide Open

By stepping into Eyes Wide Open, you acknowledge that participation is for a one day, seven to eight hour, in-person, 1:1 experience designed for personal and spiritual alignment. Each point below exists to hold the field cleanly so that the unfolding within the space may do so with ease.

1. Nature of the Work - Eyes Wide Open is a one day, in person immersion designed for deep alignment and recalibration. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. The work is intuitive, energetic and healing - guided by what reveals itself through presence and readiness. No outcomes are promised; transformation arises through your own participation.

2. Each immersion spans approximately seven to eight hours within a single day. Every experience is bespoke - designed uniquely for the individual. From collection to return, all logistics are handles for you. Your only role is to arrive, be present, and to allow the day to unfold.

3. Investment and Scheduling - Full payment secures your place and is expected at time of scheduling your day of Eyes Wide Open. Because each immersion is tailored and capacity is limited, all sales are final. In the event of an emergency, rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Verity. No refunds, transfers, or substitutions will be issued except where required by law.

4. Confidentiality - Everything shared within Eyes Wide Open - spoken, energetic, written - is held in confidence. Notes, if created, are offered only in agreement with you and sent via WhatsApp during the day of your immersion. Your privacy forms part of the sacred structure of this experience.

5. Non-Disclosure Agreement (optional) - For those requiring heightened confidentiality, a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be signed prior to the immersion. Please send this to verity@verityleigh.com for review and signing. Note, there will be other practitioners for the day of your immersion and, if the NDA is required, you will be provided with their contact details to communicate this request. It is your responsibility to ensure all documents are signed prior to commencing your scheduled day. Once executed, the NDA becomes an addendum to these Terms and Conditions.

6. Boundaries and Care - Eyes Wide Open is held within a field of mutual respect and consent. All supportive or sensory elements are options and adapted for your comfort. Either party may pause or conclude any aspect of the work if it becomes misaligned. Your wellbeing remains the anchor throughout the day.

7. Personal Responsibility - You enter this experience by choice and with full personal responsibility. Any relevant medical or psychological considerations must be disclosed beforehand. Eyes Wide Open does not replace medical, psychological, or financial care. The process is experiential and energetic, not diagnostic.

8. All materials - written, spoken, visual or energetic - remain the sole property of Verity. No part may be recorded, reproduced or shared without written consent.

9. Integration and Follow-up - A private check-in is offered within seventy-two hours to support grounding and closure. Extended or ongoing integration support may be arranged seperately under its own agreement.

By confirming your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full. If an NDA is requested and signed it will be included as part of this agreement. This work is entered into consciously, with mutual respect and clear intention.

Who Guides Me

1. Scope of the Offering - Who Guides Me is a six week live, guided group experience with one private session during the third week (when the group session of that week will not occur). It is designed to support and strengthen your own intuition, deepen connection to your Spirit Team and share information on how a Spirit Team is comprised.

2. Duration and Access - Your access begins with the first live session and extends for the full six weeks. It is advisable to message Verity shortly after confirmation of your place in the cohort to book the private session. Any unused sessions expire at the end of the container and are non-refundable.

3. Confidentiality - All participants agree to hold the experience and shared content in confidentiality. Group sessions are not to be recorded (by any party), copied or distributed. Notes may be shared via WhatsApp privately or, if all participants agree, in a group WhatsApp chat for the cohort where messages can be exchanged as appropriate.

4. Conduct and Energetic Integrity - participants are expected to enter the space with respect, discretion and self responsibility. This includes maintaining a regulated nervous system, honouring the group field, and avoiding perfomative or distruptive behaviour.

5. Refunds and Cancellations - Payments are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, Verity may offer to transfer your enrolment to a future cohort or provide partial credit, at her discretion. If there are extenuating circumstance please reach out to Verity privately.

6. Liability and Disclaimer - The material shared in Who Guides Me is for personal and spiritual development. It does not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. You agree that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and actions during and after participation.

7. Communication and Support - Support between sessions may occur through the designated WhatsApp or email channels. This is for brief check-ins, not extended coaching. All communicatin remains within the six week container.

8. Privacy and Data - Your personal information is collected solely for program delivery and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Agreement - By enrolling and Who Guides Me and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
